This is a new style i´m trying out. I will try it out in a series of pictures. Please let me know what you think of it.
Full view please! Made in Illustrator CS3 I have made a small update on the foreground. Nov 08. Comments thats really awesome! it reminds me of some century old paintings my parents have in their house (except urs are sweeeeeter.... and digital).
the trees are awesome. very dimensional. IF you are looking for crits, the only thing i'd suggest adding is maybe some more dimension to the hills and the balloons. but seriously. its awesome either way. Hi noazark!
Thank you very much! I´m very glad that you like them. And I´m even happier about the critique... you have some good points and from the start it was my intention to have a little more dimension in the parts you mention. But when I tried it out I didnt really find the right touch that I was looking for so I just took some steps back and let them be as they where. Sometimes its hard when you´ve been working really hard with an image, to go back and correct things. But who knows, maybe one day...  Spectacular!

Yes, its all vectors. I´m actually glad if it dosent show immediately, couse I´m trying to move away a bit from the clean vector-look.  This is a little bit naive and I like it. It makes me feel kind of happy.
